Homes
designed for healthier everyday living
Wellbeing-driven homes — clean air and water, low-toxic materials, light, sound and thermal comfort, layouts that support work, movement, rest, and the rhythms of daily life.
Every morehaus home combines thoughtful design, healthier materials, and smarter building systems to support daily routines, wellbeing, and long-term quality of living.
More than
just a house
The home you choose shapes how you live every day. How well you sleep. How easily you focus. Whether there's space to move, recharge, and settle into your routines.
When a home is designed with intention, those things become easier. The environment supports your energy, your habits, and the pace of everyday life.
morehaus homes bring together thoughtful design, healthier materials, and high-quality building systems to create a home that supports how you want to live, not just a place to live in.
Spaces for work, movement, and reset
Work from home without taking over the dining table. Dedicated office zones give you a place to focus, while separate areas support movement, meditation, or exercise as part of your daily routine.
Quiet decompression spaces create space to step away and reset after a long day, with layouts designed to separate activity from rest rather than blending everything together. Thoughtful soundproofing and spatial zoning help maintain that balance across levels.
There's also practical storage for bikes, gear, and the equipment that comes with an active life, integrated into the home to support your active rhythm.
Health built
into the home
Cleaner air, filtered water, and healthier materials are part of every home, not optional upgrades.
Low-toxic materials create a cleaner indoor environment from day one. Lighting is designed to follow the circadian rhythm, helping you wake up more easily and wind down at night. Temperature can be controlled across different areas of the home, so each space stays comfortable throughout the day. Thoughtful sound insulation keeps interiors quieter, making it easier to focus, rest, and recharge.
These systems work quietly in the background, improving how the home feels every day.
Designed for
intentional living
morehaus projects are designed with respect for what's already there — the character of the neighborhood, the surrounding architecture, and the people who live nearby. Each home is shaped to integrate naturally into its environment, contributing to the community rather than standing apart from it.
Homes should support how you live, not force you to adapt to them. This extends beyond the walls of the home into your surroundings, encouraging a way of living that is connected, considered, and part of a broader neighborhood fabric, where local businesses become part of everyday routines, where interactions feel natural, and where people feel comfortable being neighbors.
Two ways to live in a Morehaus home
Single-Family Homes
morehaus brings a disciplined, systems-first approach to custom homes, so you don't discover problems after the drywall is up.
Layouts are designed for how you actually live, with air, water, materials, acoustics, and lighting treated as core systems. These come together to create quieter bedrooms, cleaner air, better light throughout the day, and spaces that support focus, rest, and daily routines from the moment you move in.

morehaus partners with townhomes developers who want projects designed to be the obvious "yes" for homebuyers, and with custom home builders servicing clients who value the home infrastructure as much as the home aesthetics.
We provide a packaged development model that includes behavior-driven layouts, low-toxic materials, building systems guidance, and clear language that communicates the difference to buyers. Our team also supports implementation with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure the standards are executed correctly.
The result: homes that differentiate on livability and quality without forcing your team to reinvent its process.
Learn moremorehaus was founded by Alexandra Yonkov,
an architect and real estate developer with over 20 years of experience designing and building residential projects.
Trained in architecture and development in Europe, Alexandra has spent her career focused on one question: how can homes better support the way people live every day?
Through her work in the U.S., she saw the same problem repeated again and again. New homes that looked good on paper but didn't support real life: working from home, staying active, finding calm, or maintaining a healthy living environment.
morehaus is her answer: a new model for homes where layout, materials, and building systems are designed together to support wellbeing and modern daily life.
